🎶June Tunes & Groove Vibes: The Soundtrack to Summer

If summer had a sound, June would be turning it way up around here. Live music is basically the official language of the month — and lucky for you, the good vibes are on repeat.

Whether you’re a patio sipper, a winery wanderer, or someone who can’t resist dancing in the street (yes, literally), this month is your moment. We scoped out the scene and trust us — this lineup is straight fire. 🔥

🎤 Your June Playlist (IRL Edition)

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday | Banded Goose Brewing Co.

Fridays & Saturdays: 7PM–11PM; Sundays: Noon–5PM
Live music three days a week? Banded Goose Understood the Assignment. With small-batch brews in hand and an always-eclectic mix of local acts, this is where weekend warriors go to unwind, dance, or just vibe hard with a pint and a patio chair.

Every Sunday | Pelee Island Winery

Noon–4PM
Pelee Summer Sundays are chef’s kiss. Picture this: sipping rosé, basking in the vineyard sun, and a smooth acoustic set floating through the air. If you need us, we’ll be there pretending we live in a wine commercial.

Friday, June 27 | Leamington Mill Street Night Market

5PM–10PM
Stroll, shop, snack, and sway. The night market hits different with live music, artisan booths, food trucks, and those nostalgic string lights that make everything feel a little more magical.

Saturday, June 28 | Fifty 51 at Vernon’s Tap & Grill Patio

1PM-4PM
Nothing says summer like live music on a Saturday afternoon. Grab a cocktail and vibe out with Fifty 51.

Sunday, June 29 | Canada Day Pre-Party at Sprucewood Winery

1PM–5PM
Celebrate the long weekend with live music, lakeside views, and a glass (or bottle) of local wine. Sprucewood’s got the tunes, the scenery, and the chill energy you didn’t know you needed. P.S. Every Sunday for the months of July and August, Sprucewood Shores will have live music featuring some of the best Windsor Essex talent.

Tuesday, July 1 is Canada Day | Town of Kingsville

4PM–10PM
End June (and kick off July) with a bang! Kingsville’s throwing its signature Canada Day bash with community vibes, live music, and some fireworks to round out the month of magic.

So there you have it — your official invitation to groove your way through June. Whether you’re staying with us at The Grove Hotel, chillin’ out at The Motel, or just vibing your way through Essex County, be sure to add “live music” to your itinerary. (Also: sunscreen. And maybe a cute hat.)

See you out there, cool kids. We’ll be the ones with wine in one hand and jazz hands in the other.

Stay loud, stay proud, and stay groovy.

Take a road trip from the USA to The Grove.
This Thanksgiving, We’re Most Thankful for… You, America.

As our friends to the south prepare for turkey, football, and pretending not to Google “how long to cook a 20lb bird,” we at The Grove are taking a moment to be grateful – for YOU. Yes, you, America. The land of Target, Chick-fil-A sauce, and “pumpkin spice everything.” We see you, and we love […]

Ghost at The Grove Motel
Haunted AF: George the Ghost & Other Local Legends

When the air gets crisp, the nights get long, and pumpkin spice takes over every menu (guilty), it’s officially spooky season in Essex County. Around here, ghosts aren’t just in the movies — they’re part of the local lore.

PSL – A Love Story In Five Spices

Every fall, a mysterious force grips the nation. Leaves change, sweaters appear (usually), and otherwise reasonable people begin whispering the letters that launch a thousand Instagram stories: “P-S-L”. If you’re new here, PSL stands for “pumpkin spice latte” – the cozy icon that tastes like crisp air, cute boots, and making questionable decisions at HomeSense. […]
