We’ve kept our group options simple. Tell us roughly how many rooms you think you’ll need, and we’ll help you choose the best fit.

Courtesy Group Block

Need up to 8 rooms?

For smaller groups, we’re happy to set aside up to 8 rooms per night with no deposit or financial commitment from the organizer.

We’ll establish a group rate when your block is created and hold the rooms until 90 days before arrival. Your guests book and guarantee their own rooms.

Any rooms that haven’t been booked by then simply return to our general inventory.

Need more rooms later? Just ask. Additional rooms aren’t guaranteed, but we’re always happy to check availability and current rates.

Confirmed Group Block

Need 9 rooms or more?

For larger groups, we’ll secure the room allocation and group rate until 60 days before arrival.

A $25 per room deposit is required based on the maximum number of rooms held on any single night of your Group Block.

At the 60-day release date, we’ll refund $25 based on the maximum number of rooms your group has booked on any single night. The remaining deposit is retained, and any unbooked rooms are released back into general inventory.

Individual guests pay their first night’s room rate plus tax when they book, which is applied directly to their stay.

If the entire group block is cancelled before the release date, the Group Block Deposit is non-refundable.

Corporate Group Bookings

Planning a corporate stay?

We’ve got two easy options.

Everyone Pays Their Own Way

We’ll hold your group’s rooms with no organizer deposit until 30 days before arrival. Travellers book, guarantee and pay for their own rooms.

Company Picking Up the Tab

For Master Pay groups, a $500 deposit secures the booking and is applied to the final account.

Your room count can be adjusted without penalty until 30 days before arrival. After that date, cancelled rooms are charged one night’s room rate plus tax.

We’ll just need your final rooming list 7 days before arrival.

Total Property Takeovers

Want the whole place? Sometimes sharing is overrated.

A Total Property Takeover gives your group all available guest rooms for your contracted dates. Takeovers are quoted individually based on the property, dates and demand.

A 25% payment secures the Takeover. An additional 25% is due 60 days before arrival, bringing total payments to 50%, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

Because the entire property has been reserved exclusively for your group, the room commitment can’t be reduced. Rooms you don’t end up using remain yours and aren’t returned to public inventory.

Takeover cancellation charges follow the same 25% / 50% / 100% payment schedule.

Your final rooming list is due 7 days before arrival.

Cancellations & Changes

Plans change. We get it.

Individual reservations booked and guaranteed by individual guests within a Group Block are subject to our standard cancellation policy and can be cancelled or adjusted without penalty up to 48 hours before arrival.

Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are charged one night’s room rate + tax. No-shows are charged for the full reserved stay.

Shortening a stay follows the same cancellation timeline.

Some dates have minimum-stay requirements, and those still apply when changing a reservation. If a two-night minimum applies, for example, a two-night reservation can’t be shortened to one night unless we’ve subsequently removed that minimum.

Booking Several Rooms Yourself?

If you’re simply booking 4–8 rooms under the same name or credit card, you don’t need a Group Block. Go ahead and book! Just keep in mind that our 7-day cancellation policy applies when 4 or more rooms are booked together.

Separately booked reservations aren’t grouped together just because everyone happens to be attending the same event.

A Few Good-to-Knows

Group rates are established when your block is created and may vary by room type. Once your block’s release date has passed, additional reservations are always welcome but are subject to availability and the rates available at that time.

Before your block is finalized, we’ll send you the specific dates, rates and important details for your group so everyone knows exactly what to expect.
